The corporation was registered on May 9, 2001, engaged in the manufacturing of high quality woodcraft such as furniture, Christmas candleholders and lighting exported to the United States and all over Europe. Formax also processes lumber into finished wood-based products such as novelties, housewares, and office accessories and other decorative items. In addition, Formax produces customized products upon client's request.

With its machinery and equipment, the plant can also produce doors, kitchen cabinets, rods, coat hangers, cutting boards, small boxes to furniture components. Its processing and production plant in Mandaue City provides a strategic access to the Cebu International Port, a world class container port and international gateway to the world.

Its 3,200 square meter facility can increase its production capacity to 200,000 candlesticks annually and meet the increasing demand worldwide.
